Zoning By-laws

Exclusionary zoning prohibits  multi-family housing units in single family neighbourhoods, ultimately limiting the number of housing units available in a city. Changing zoning bylaws will allow construction of multi-unit, tiny house, backyard flats - all more affordable types of housing.  Increased density does not have to be high rise buildings.
